摘  要:介绍了某种液压优先阀的结构及工作原理,针对该阀在实际使用过程中遇到的性能缺陷进行试验研究并建立数学模型,分析影响优先阀动态输出特性的关键因素。利用AMESim软件搭建了仿真模型,定量的分析在相同工况下不同结构参数对优先阀动态输出特性的影响,并根据仿真结果提出优化方案。结果表明:减小阀口初始面积提高阀口动态变化能力能够提高优先阀动态输出性能。The structure and working principle of a certain hydraulic priority valve are introduced.The performance defects encountered in the actual use of the valve are tested and mathematical models are established to analyze the key factors affecting the dynamic output characteristics of the priority valve.The simulation model was built by AMESim software to quantitatively analyze the influence of different structural parameters on the dynamic output characteristics of the priority valve under the same working conditions,and the optimization scheme was proposed according to the simulation results.The results show that reducing the initial area of the valve port and improving the dynamic change of the valve port can improve the dynamic output performance of the priority valve.
