摘  要:应用故障树分析法对气动球阀用电磁换向阀故障进行了分析。详细介绍了电磁换向阀的工作原理,建立了电磁换向阀断电切换延迟故障树模型,进行了电磁换向阀故障分析与定位,提出了故障解决措施和建议,为电磁换向阀的故障诊断和维护提供了理论依据和方法。Fault tree analysis is applied to analyze the faults of electromagnetic directional valve used in pneumatic ball valve.The working principle of solenoid directional valve is introduced in detail.The fault tree model of the delayed switching of the solenoid directional valve is established.The fault analysis and location of the solenoid directional valve are carried out.The fault solving measures and suggestions are put forward.The theoretical basis and method are provided for the fault diagnosis and maintenance of the solenoid directional valve.
