摘  要:针对现存喷嘴喷涂高粘度液料时雾化效果不佳的问题,提出了一种内螺旋槽流道空气雾化喷涂方案,采用最大流量法设计了相应的喷嘴结构,对喷嘴内部流场进行了两相流仿真,发现了气体进口压力增大,喷嘴液相区域减小和液相流速增大的规律.实验表明,气体进口压力为0.4 MPa时,该喷嘴雾化角度达58°,流量0.123 L/s.应用该喷嘴使环氧树脂混凝土浆喷涂到水泥混凝土轨枕表面而构成的复合混凝土轨枕,其涂层均匀、粘接牢固,耐腐蚀性能良好.To solve the problems of poor atomization effect and low efficiency in spraying high viscosity liquid with existing nozzles,an air atomization spraying scheme with inner spiral groove runner was proposed.The maximum flow method was used to design the nozzle structure,and the two-phase flow field inside the nozzle was simulated.It is found that the liquid region of the nozzle decreases while the flow velocity rises with the increase of the gas inlet pressure.Experiments show that when the inlet gas pressure is 0.4 MPa,the atomization angle of the nozzle can reach 58 degrees,and the flow rate can reach 0.123 L/s.The epoxy resin concrete slurry is sprayed with this nozzle onto the surface of cement concrete sleeper to form composite concrete sleeper.The composite concrete sleeper has a uniform,firmly bonded coating with good corrosion resistance.
