摘　　要：为了消除调速器压油装置运行缺陷及日常维护问题,降低设备故障率、提升设备的运行可靠性,在尽可能保留原有设备的情况下,改造电机、油泵、组合阀(安全阀、卸载阀、逆止阀)以及整套装置的管路;改造后运行两年,设备原有缺陷消除,改造后的设备安装简单,便于维护,极大地提高了设备运行可靠性。In order to eliminate the operation defects and routine maintenance problems of the governor pressure oil device,reduce the failure rate of the equipment and improve the operation reliability of the equipment,the pipelines of the motor,oil pump,combination valve(safety valve,unloading valve,check valve)and the whole set of equipment are transformed while the original equipment is retained as far as possible.Operating for two years after transformation,the original defects of the equipment are eliminated,the installation is simple,and the maintenance is easy,which greatly improves the reliability of the equipment.
