摘 要:文章分析了水电厂机组AGC调整频繁、调整过快、调整幅度大对运行产生的影响,提出了AGC优化改造的措施,通过结合负荷对设备实施再分配与调节,及时更新或者替换老旧设备,加强并改善受力部件,以达到优化目的。结果表明,经优化后机组AGC调节适应能力明显改善,能够满足调度的要求,减少了年度检修工作量。This paper analyses the influence of frequent adjustment,rapid adjustment and large adjustment range of AGC on the operation of hydropower units,and puts forward the measures of AGC optimization and transformation.Through the redistribution and adjustment of equipment combined with load,the old equipment can be updated or replaced in time,and the stress components can be strengthened and improved to achieve the optimization purpose.The results show that the AGC adjustment adaptability of the unit is obviously improved after optimization,which can meet the requirements of dispatching and reduce the annual overhaul workload.
