东滩煤矿煤炭资源特征和商品煤煤质特征研究

摘　　要：分析研究兖州矿区东滩煤矿的煤炭资源特征、煤质煤岩特性及其主要工艺性能,并进行40kg焦炉成焦实验。结果发现:东滩煤矿3号煤为低变质气煤,煤的镜质体反射率(Romax)不足0.70%,对洗精煤用作炼焦配煤时的焦炭强度有一定的不利影响;黏结指数GR.I仅在60左右,胶质层最大厚度仅为12mm,但低灰、低硫、高挥发分的特点对其在焦化中生产焦油和煤气均有增高的优点,同时还能降低焦炭的灰分和硫分;在配煤中可增加灰分、硫分相对较高的肥煤和焦煤的配入量,具有优势互补的作用;按照中国煤炭分类,以挥发分产率(Vdaf)和黏结指数GR.I区分烟煤,洗精煤为QM43,东滩精煤的灰分、全硫及有害微量元素含量均较低;40kg焦炉成焦特性实验表明,东滩气精煤单独炼焦所得焦炭质量较差,但可用于配煤炼焦。This paper analyzed the coal resource characteristics,coal quality,coal petrology characteristics and main process performance of Dongtan coal mine,the 40 kg coke oven coking experiment was done as well,the results show that:the No.3 coal in Dongtan coal mine is the low mctamorphic gas coal,the reflectance of vitrinite is less than 0.70%,there will be some bad impact on coke strength when the clean coal is used for coking coal blending;the GR.I is only about 60,and the maximum thickness of the gel layer is only 12 mm,but the characteristics such as low ash,low sulfur and high volatile matter all have good effect on tar and gas increase in the coke production,meanwhile,the ash content and sulfur content of coke can be reduced;in coal blending,the blending amount of fat coal and coking coal which have high ash and sulfur should be increased,they have complementary advantages;according to the classification of Chinese coal,the bituminous coal is distinguished by Vdaf and GR.I,the clean coal is QM43,and the ash content,total sulfur and harmful elements content for Dongtan clean coal are all relatively low;the 4 0 kg coke oven coking experiment shows that,when the Dongtan gas clean coal is independently used for coking,the quality of coke is bad,but it can still be used in blending coal coking.
