摘  要:随着实验室智能化验系统的发展,对灰熔融测试仪的智能化程度提出了新的需求,而国标规定的三角锥制作较为繁琐且不利于自动化的实现。简述智能灰熔融性测试方法,应用通空气法在氧化性气氛下对生产灰样及煤灰熔融性标准物质进行4个特征温度测定,并与在弱还原性气氛下的测试结果进行比对,旨在测试不同标准之间的灰锥差异,探讨圆柱形灰锥在智能化实验室中推广的可行性。结果表明:采用GB/T219、ISO540标准制作2种规格灰锥的测试结果差异不显著,即其准确度符合要求,且均在国标规定的精密度范围内。圆柱形灰锥测试效率较高且易实现自动化制作,在实验室自动化系统应用中具有一定的可行性。Along with the development of laboratory intelligent test system,requirements for new intelligent degree of ash melting tester were proposed,but the triangle cone making in national standard is very cumbersome,it is not good at the automation.This paper introduced the intelligent ash melting temperature testing method,through air passing method,under the oxidizing atmosphere,4 characteristics temperature determinations for production ash sample and standard material were done,and the comparison with testing results under weakly reducing atmosphere was done,this experiments meant to test the ash cone difference among different standards,and then the feasibility of cylindrical ash cone promotion in intelligent laboratory system was discussed.The results show that:the testing results of 2 types of ash cone made according to GB/T 219 and ISO 540 respectively have no significant difference,that means the accuracy requirement can be met,and the precision is in the range of national standard.The cylindrical ash cone has higher testing efficiency and the automated production of ash cone can be realized easily,it has feasibility in laboratory automation system.
