摘 要:分析水分、碳含量、灰分和硫分对煤炭发热量测定的影响,并制备煤样开展试验分析。通过试验测定不同影响因素对煤炭发热量的影响程度,收集和分析试验数据并绘制影响曲线,分别拟合水分含量、碳含量、灰分和硫分与发热量的线性关系。由分析可知:煤炭发热量随着水分和灰分比例的增加而降低;碳含量对煤炭发热量的影响最大,前期随着碳含量增加则发热量不断增加,但碳含量超过一定范围(70%~80%)则发热量反而降低;硫分对煤炭发热量测定的影响相对较小。How the factors such as moisture,carbon,ash and sulfur affected the calorific value determination was analyzed,and the experiments were carried out.Through the experiment,the influence levels of different factors were determined,the experimental data was collected and analyzed,the influencing curve was drawn,the liner relationships of calorific and moisture content,carbon content,ash and sulfur were fitted.From the analysis,it is found that:the calorific value decreases with the increase of moisture content and ash content;the carbon content has the biggest effect on calorific value,at early stage,along with carbon content increase,the calorific value increases,but when the carbon content exceeds the range of 70%~80%,the calorific value decreases;the sulfur content has relatively small effect on calorific value.
