摘　　要：终聚釜是聚酯装置关键设备之一,终聚釜采用接触式双端面机械密封。运行时必须外供清洁阻封液,外供阻封液的温度、压力不稳定会导致机械密封发生泄漏故障。将初始机械密封辅助系统改为现在的密封油站后,阻封液温度、压力等运行情况改善,提高了机械密封运行可靠性。The finisher is one of the key equipment of polyester device,which is composed with contact type double-end mechanical seal.When running,it is necessary to supply external clean buffer fluid.Unstable temperature and pressure of external supplying buffer fluid will lead to leakage failure of mechanical seal.The auxiliary system of mechanical seal is changed to seal oil station,and the operating temperature and pressure of buffer liquid are stable.The operating environment of mechanical seal is improved,so that the operating reliability of mechanical seal is improved.
