高压催化燃烧尾气处理系统在PTA装置中的应用

摘　　要：本文阐述了高压催化燃烧系统,并介绍了其在精对苯二甲酸(PTA)生产装置中投运后的实际效果。结果表明:高压催化燃烧系统投运生产后,非甲烷总烃去除率≥98%,PTA氧化尾气排放能满足最新标准(GB31571—2015),但装置能耗有所增加,吨产品增加了4 kg标油。The high-pressure catalytic combustion system and practical application effect used in the operation of purified terephthalic acid(PTA)plant were described.The results showed that by putting into production the high-pressure catalytic combustion system,removal rate of total non-methane hydrocarbon was more than 98%.The PTA oxidation tail gas emission could meet the latest standard(GB 31571—2015),but the energy consumption of the device had increased,where 4 kg of standard oil was added for per ton product.
