摘  要:将现代嵌入式、CAN总线与应变测试等技术相结合,设计了一款适用于立体车库的钢架应变数据网络化测控系统。硬件以S3C2410X为控制核心,采用多个CAN总线智能测试节点采集钢架应变数据,通过以太网接口实现数据网络化传输;软件选用Linux,通过搭建嵌入式Web服务器,采用B/S监控模式,驱动程序由CGI调用,实现对系统硬件模块的操作控制。用户可直接访问测控系统,阅览HTML界面时,完成系统参数设置和数据的采集、查看、下载工作。经调试和静、动态实验操作,结果表明系统综合性能良好。The network measurement and control system is designed for steel frame strain by combining modern embedded technology,CAN bus technology and strain testing technology.It is a kind of networked measurement and control system of steel frame strain data based on embedded technology and integrating data collection,signal conditioning and information release in stereo garage.The system hardware takes S3C2410X as the control core,adopts multiple CAN bus intelligent test nodes to collect steel frame strain data,and realizes data networking transmission through Ethernet interface.The software adopts Linux,builds embedded Web server,adopts B/S monitoring mode,and the driver is called by CGI to realize the operation control of the system hardware module.Users can directly access the measurement and control system,read the HTML interface,complete the system parameter Settings and data collection,view,download work.After debugging static and dynamic experiments,the results show that the system has good comprehensive performance.
