5种生物药剂防治橙带蓝尺蛾试验

摘　　要：橙带蓝尺蛾(Milionia basalis Walker)是为害罗汉松和竹柏的主要害虫之一。为探索橙带蓝尺蛾生物防治的方法,2018年在福建省泰宁县,选用16000 IU/mg Bt可湿性粉剂、1.8%阿维菌素乳油、0.5%甲维盐微乳剂、0.5%苦参碱水剂和25%灭幼脲乳油等5种生物农药杀虫剂进行橙带蓝尺蛾3龄幼虫的林间防治试验。结果表明,5种生物杀虫剂对橙带蓝尺蛾均有较好的防治效果,其中0.5%甲维盐微乳剂1500倍液的喷雾防治效果最好,在施药后的第1d,室内和林间校正防效均达70%以上,具有一定的速效性;施药后7d,室内和林间校正防效都达到90%以上,具有很好的持效性。Milionia basalis Walker is one of the main pests of Pinus sylvestris and Podocarpus nagi.In order to explore the biological control method of M.basalis,in 2018,in Taining County,Fujian Province,Five kinds of bio-pesticide powders,such as 16000 IU/mg Bt wettable powder,1.8%avermectin emulsifiable concentrate,0.5%carbaryl salt microemulsion,0.5%matrine alkaline water agent and 25%chlorfenapyr,were used for the inter-forest control experiment of 3rd instar larvae of the pest.The results showed that the five biocides had good control effects on the pest,and 0.5%of the one-dimensional salt microemulsion 1500 times had the best spray control effect.On the first day after application,The indoor corrected mortality rate and the field correction control effect all reached more than 70%,showing a certain quick-acting effect;7 days after application,the indoor corrected mortality rate and inter-row correction control effect reached more than 90%,with good persistence.
