基于生态优先前提下推动青海鲑鳟鱼养殖绿色发展的探讨

摘　　要：当前青海沿黄鲑鳟鱼网箱养殖发展迅猛,青海已成为国内最大的鲑鳟鱼商品生产基地。同时随着国家生态红线的提出和各类环保政策的日益严厉,也必然对养殖渔业发展提出了更高更严的要求,做好生态保护和水产养殖协调发展,已成为当前青海鲑鳟鱼产业发展亟需深入研究解决的重要课题。本文从树立负责任渔业理念统领青海鲑鳟鱼产业可持续发展,努力践行鲑鳟鱼养殖严管“三原则”,进一步完善技术和服务体系、提升现代渔业养殖水平,建立健全养殖水域环境监测及生态保护常态化工作机制,以及打造青海三文鱼品牌,提升绿色发展质量等方面探讨了基于生态优先前提下推动鲑鳟鱼养殖绿色发展的路径。The trout cage farming along the yellow river has rapidly developed in recent years,and Qinghai has become the largest domestic trout commercial production base.With the national ecological red line has been raised and all kinds of environmental protection policy has become more and more rigorous,it is inevitable to raise higher and stricter requirements to aquaculture.To achieve harmonious development between ecological protection and aquaculture,has turned into an important issue that requires in-depth research and solution for the development of the trout industry in Qinghai.From setting up the concept of responsible fishery which can help to achieve the sustainable development of trout industry in Qinghai,striving to practice the“three principles”of strict management of trout aquaculture,further perfecting the technology and service system,raising the level of modern aquaculture,establishing and improving the regular working mechanism for environmental monitoring and ecological protection in aquaculture waters,creating the brand of Qinghai salmon,and promoting the quality of green development,this paper discusses the approach of promoting green development of trout farming based on precondition of ecological priority.
