摘  要:介绍了某炼油厂煤油加氢装置与柴油加氢精制装置的联合布置,柴油加氢新氢压缩机为煤油加氢装置提供补充氢,并为煤油加氢装置提供分馏塔底重沸器热源。结合煤柴油加氢联合装置两周期运行情况,针对柴油原料反冲洗过滤器滤芯穿孔、新氢压缩机氯化铵结盐腐蚀、高压换热器内漏情况,分析工艺运行条件以及相关腐蚀数据,确定腐蚀类型为氯离子腐蚀,针对氯腐蚀问题进行分析,探讨氯离子腐蚀的影响因素以及防止氯离子腐蚀防护措施。The arrangement of kerosene and diesel combined hydrofining in a refinery was introduced.The hydrogen compressor for diesel hydrogenation provided complementary hydrogen to the kerosene hydrofining,and heat source of the reboiler at the bottom of the fractionator for the kerosene hydrofining.The operation conditions and the related corrosion data were analyzed based on the perforation of the filter core of the backwash filter,the corrosion of the hydrogen compressor and the leakage of the high pressure heat exchanger during the two operation cycles.The corrosion type was determined to be chlorination corrosion,and influencing factors and the countermeasures to prevent chlorine corrosion were discussed.
