摘  要:随着油田开采含水率的不断增加,原油采出液显著增多,造成原油设备腐蚀结垢严重,大大影响了油田生产的安全运行。对某油田三元复合驱输油管道成垢原因及垢样组成进行分析,得出垢样中碳酸盐和硅酸盐质量分数分别为50%,30%左右,在实验室内复配优选出针对性较强的除垢配方HCl及HF溶液,确立了其最佳浓度及作用时间等。实验表明,7%HCl+5%HF在40℃下反应6 h除垢效果可达到最佳,经过现场小规模(40 m 3/h)试验显示,该除垢配方可以有效溶解垢物,达到除垢的目的,为日后工业化现场应用提供了一定的技术支撑。Growing water content in crude oil results in increasing amount of crude oil recovery fluid,causingsevere corrosion and scaling of equipment,hindering the safe operation of oil production in an oilfield.Through investigation of the scaling reason and scale composition in a three element composite oil displacement pipeline,it was found that the mass fraction of carbonate and silicate were 50%and 30%,respectively.HCl and HF solution with optimized composition,concentration and reaction time were selected in laboratory.Experimental results showed that 6 hours treatment with 7%HCl+5%HFunder 40℃appeared to be the most effective.Small scale(40m 3/h)test confirmed the effectivenessof the formula in descaling,providing technical support for future industrial application.
