摘 要:为实现塔河油田管道泄漏的精准定位与可靠监测,借助于负压波法和音波法的原理,将次声波泄漏监测技术和负压波法泄漏监测技术进行优化组合。通过2种监测技术相互校准、耦合,建立了适用于现场的单音波管道泄漏监测仪加采集压力信号方式的管道泄漏监测系统工艺技术,从而减少误报率和提高了泄漏位置定位准确率。测试结果表明:改进的音波泄漏检测系统可实现对最小孔径3 mm泄漏点的可靠检测和定位,同时可应用于高黏度含溶解气稠油管道和天然气管道。In order to realize the accurate positioning and reliable monitoring of pipeline leakage in Tahe Oilfield,the infrasound leakage monitoring technology and the negative pressure wave leakage monitoring technology were combined interactively base on the theory of acoustic method and negative pressure wave method.Through the mutual calibration and coupling of the two monitoring technologies,a pipeline leakage monitoring system technology was established that suitable for single-acoustic pipeline leakage monitor and pressure signal acquisition mode,which improved leak location accuracy and further reduced the false alarm rate.The test results showed that the improved acoustic leakage detection system could reliably detect and locate a leakage hole of minimum 3 mm diameter,and could also be applied to heavy oil pipelines with high viscosity and dissolved gas and natural gas pipelines.
