摘 要:以自制的带稳焰的预混式燃烧器为研究对象,燃烧器主火孔热负荷范围为1.0~10.0 kW,稳焰火孔热负荷范围为0.1~0.5 kW,采用实验方法,研究无稳焰的部分预混燃烧火焰和带稳焰的完全预混燃烧火焰的结构特征与离焰特性,对两种火焰进行对比分析。在稳焰火孔热负荷为0.2 kW的条件下,研究了燃烧器不同主火孔热负荷(分别为0.5、3.0、3.5、4.9、6.7 kW)时,主火焰离焰点对应的一次空气系数。实验结果表明:在无稳焰的部分预混燃烧过程中,火焰分为内焰和外焰两层,随着一次空气系数从0.54增加到0.73,部分预混燃烧火焰内焰高度不断降低,内焰亮度不断增加;在带稳焰的完全预混燃烧过程中,随着一次空气系数从1.07增加到1.58,紫红色外焰逐渐消失,内外焰重合,火焰由亮度较高的蓝紫色逐渐变为透明度较高的淡蓝色,火焰高度不断增加,火焰厚度不断减小;在稳焰火孔热负荷为0.2 kW保持不变的条件下,随着燃烧器主火孔热负荷不断增加,离焰点对应的一次空气系数不断降低。文末附有预混燃烧火焰离焰特性实验的视频,可扫二维码观看。Taking the self-made premixed burner with stable flame as the research object,the main flame hole heat load range of the burner is 1.0 to 10.0 kW,and the stable flame hole heat load range is 0.1 to 0.5 kW.The structural characteristics and the lifted flame characteristics of the partially premixed combustion flame without stable flame and the fully premixed combustion flame with stable flame were investigated by experimental method,and the characteristics of the two flames were compared and analyzed.Under the condition of stable flame hole heat load of 0.2 kW,the primary air coefficients corresponding to the lifted flame point of the main flame at the different main flame hole heat loads of the burner(0.5,3.0,3.5,4.9 and 6.7 kW,respectively)were studied.The experimental results show that during the process of partially premixed combustion without stable flame,the flame is divided into two layers including inner flame and outer flame.As the primary air coefficient increases from 0.54 to 0.73,the inner flame height of partially premixed combustion decreases continuously,and the brightness of the inner flame increases continuously.During the process of fully premixed combustion with stable flame,as the primary air coefficient increases from 1.07 to 1.58,the purple-red outer flame gradually disappears,and the inner flame overlaps with the outer flame.In addition,the flame gradually changes from a blue purple with a higher brightness to a light blue with a higher transparency,the flame height increases continuously,and the flame thickness decreases continuously.Under the condition that the thermal load of the steady flame hole is kept constant at 0.2 kW,as the thermal load of the main fire hole of the burner increases continuously,the primary air coefficient corresponding to the lifted flame point decreases continuously.At the end of the paper,a video showing the experiment of flame lifting characteristics of the premixed combustion is attached,which can be watched by scanning the QR code.
