摘 要:根据铁心多点接地时局部过热特性,将基于油中溶解气体特征判断铁心多点接地故障的检测方法用于实际变压器故障诊断。对一台220 kV变压器油中溶解气体进行了跟踪分析,发现其总烃相对产气率超过注意值,且C2H4占主导,符合内部过热特征,判断为铁心多点接地故障。现场吊罩检查结果表明,该变压器铁心的4条绝缘油道的极间软连接在连接时有虚接、搭接及安装不规范现象,支持铁心多点接地故障的结论,说明了基于油中溶解气体分析的变压器铁心多点接地故障检测技术的可行性。在此基础上采取针对性处理后该变压器运行状况良好。Based on the characteristics of local over-heating due to transformer core multi-point grounding fault,the present paper utilized dissolved gas analysis method for the detection of transformer core multi-point grounding fault on real transformers.Dissolved gases of a 220kV power transformer are tracked and analysed.Content of hydrocarbon gases is higher than the alarm value,and is lead by C2H4,which is in accordance with the symptom of transformer overheating fault.Later internal inspection made on the transformer showed that bad connections exist between electrodes of four core oil ducts,which support the analysis.Feasibility of applying dissolved gas analysis for transformer core multi-point grounding fault diagnoses is hence proved.Specific measures are then made on transformer and it is in good operation hereafter.
