摘 要:TRL相控阵探头具有声束控制灵活、聚焦效果好等优点,广泛应用于粗晶材料的检测中。相控阵探头的选用直接影响了检测的有效性和可靠性。由于TRL相控阵探头参数设计复杂?成本较高,需要事先对检测对象进行分析研究,选用合适的探头参数进行声场仿真,以确定最优的检测探头,提高检测工艺的可靠性和降低加工后测试产生的成本。本文介绍了利用声场仿真技术进行TRL相控阵探头的设计方法和试验验证,经实例表明,声场仿真技术可作为复杂相控阵检测技术开发的可靠的辅助手段,提高相控阵检测工艺的开发效率,为探头各项参数的选取、检测方法等提供参考。TRL phased array probe has the advantages of flexible acoustic beam control and good focusing effect,which is widely used in the detection of coarse crystal materials.The selection of phased array probe directly affects the validity and reliability of detection.Due to the complex design and high cost of TRL phased array probe parameters,it is necessary to analyze and study the detection object in advance.Sound field simulation is conducted with appropriate probe parameters to determine the optimal detection probe,improve the reliability of detection process and reduce the cost of post-processing testing.This paper introduces the use of sound field simulation technology for TRL phased array probe design methods and experimental verification,the examples show that the acoustic field simulation technology can be used as a complex phased array inspection technology to develop a reliable auxiliary means,improve the development efficiency of phased array inspection technology,to probe the selection of parameters,such as detection method to provide the reference.
