摘　　要：目的:探究镍钛合金环抱器应用于多发性肋骨骨折固定手术临床价值。方法:选72例多发性肋骨骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组常规治疗;观察组采用镍钛合金环抱器治疗,并对两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的住院时间、术后下床活动时间、疼痛情况、肺部并发症情况均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:镍钛合金环抱器应用于多发性肋骨骨折固定手术中治疗效果显著,明显提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者痛苦。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of Nitinol embracing fixator in the treatment of multiple rib fracture fixation.Methods:Seventytwo patients with multiple rib fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received conventional treatment;the observation group was treated with Nitinol embracing fixator,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The hospitalization time,postoperative time of getting out of bed,pain,and pulmonary complications were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nickel-titanium alloy embracing fixator has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of multiple rib fracture fixation,which significantly improves the quality of life of patients and reduces the pain of patients.
