双孔法全胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗肺良性疾病临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探究双孔法全胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗肺良性疾病效果。方法:选取我院112例肺良性疾病患者。行双孔法全胸腔镜肺叶切除术,观察治疗效果。结果:手术中5例患者改用传统三孔手术法进行治疗。平均手术时间为(112.4±86.3)min,平均出血量为(180.3±72.9)ml,胸腔引流管的放置平均时间为(6.4±4.9)d,患者的平均术后住院时间为(9.4±5.1)d。术后并发症发生率低。结论:对肺良性患者进行的双孔法全胸腔镜肺叶切除术,是一种有效,并且有一定安全性的方式。Objective:To investigate the effect of double-thoracic total thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of benign lung diseases.Methods:A total of 112 patients with benign lung disease were enrolled in our hospital.Double-lumen total thoracoscopic lobectomy was performed to observe the therapeutic effect.Results:Five patients underwent conventional three-hole surgery.The average operation time was(112.4±86.3)min,the average blood loss was(180.3±72.9)ml,the average placement time of the chest drainage tube was(6.4±4.9)days,and the average postoperative hospital stay was(9.4±5.1).d.The incidence of postoperative complications is low.Conclusions:Two-hole total thoracoscopic lobectomy for benign lung patients is an effective and safe method.
