摘　　要：菌糠为工厂化生产金针菇、杏鲍菇等食用菌后留下的培养基质,利用工厂化菌糠生产双孢蘑菇是一条切实可行的途径。该文从栽培时期、培养料制作、栽培管理、采收、病虫害防控等方面提出了工厂化菌糠栽培双孢蘑菇技术。The industrial bacterial chaff is the culture substrate left by the industrial production of edible fungi such as Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus ostreatus.It is a feasible way to produce Agaricus bisporus with industrial bacterial chaff.This research has been proved by experiment and application that the technical cultivation period,culture material preparation,cultivation management,harvesting,disease and pest control of agaricus bisporus with industrial bacterial chaff are stipulated.
