浙江省公益林与森林资源“一张图”衔接难点分析

摘　　要：随着国家林业局推动森林资源“一张图”建设工作,要求公益林要落实到“一张图”中去。由于历史人为因素和受当时技术的制约,浙江省公益林区划建设还存在较多的问题,阻碍了森林资源“一张图”的建设进程。该文详细列举了公益林实现“一张图”的关键技术难点,并提出了解决方案,以期为浙江省乃至全国如何将公益林建设融入至森林资源“一张图”提供参考。With the State Forestry Administration promoting the construction of“one map”of forest resources,ecologic forest were be required to integrate into"one map".Due to historical human factors and constraints of technology at that time,there are still many problems in zoning and construction of ecologic forest in Zhejiang,which retard the development of"one map"of forest resources.In this article,the key technical difficulties to achieve ecologic forest integrate into“one map”in details were enumerated,and the solutions to the problems were put forward.It provides some important reference opinions for the construction solution of ecologic forest integrate into"one map"of forest resources in our province or even in counties(cities or districts)throughout the country.
