摘  要:利用猪粪制备水热炭吸附重金属可以在资源化利用废弃生物质的同时,对重金属进行处理,达到“以废治废”。通过研究猪粪水热炭对Pb(NO3)2溶液的吸附特性,考察吸附剂投加量、吸附时间、Pb^2+初始浓度等因素对吸附效果的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)表征水热炭物理化学性,并对其吸附过程进行动力学和热力学模拟。结果表明,常温下,当Pb^2+初始浓度为100mg/L、水热炭投加量为32g/L,震荡时间为10min时,其吸附率和吸附量分别为98.50%、3.08mg/g。猪粪水热炭表面含氧官能团丰富,吸附过程符合准二级吸附动力学模型,可通过Langmuir吸附等温模型描述。Adsorption of lead by swine manure hydrochar may not only treat heavy metals but also reuse the waste biomass to achieve"waste treatment".The adsorption characteristics of swine manure hydrochar on Pb(NO3)2 solution were studied.The effects of adsorbent dosage,adsorption time and initial concentration of Pb^2+ on the adsorption were investigated.The physical and chemical properties of hydrochar were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and the adsorption process was simulated dynamically and thermodynamically.The results show that at room temperature,when the initial concentration of Pb^2+ is 100 mg/L,the dosage of hydrothermal carbon is 32 g/L,the adsorption efficiency and adsorption capacity are 98.50%and 3.08 mg/g respectively with the adsorption time of 10 min.The surface of hydrochar are abundant of oxygen-containing functional groups,and the adsorption process conforms to the quasi-second-order adsorption kinetics model,and can be described by Langmuir adsorption isotherm model.
