摘 要:远洋船舶普遍使用重油作为燃料,但重油粘度高,必须用加热的方式来降低其粘度,以确保柴油机的燃烧质量,提高柴油机的效率。针对远洋船舶在航行中因船舶锅炉故障或维修必须进行重油和柴油的切换,这种操作不但繁琐,而且成本较高,还会带来更多的环境污染等缺陷,设计了一种新型辅助燃油加热装置。对其工作原理,系统及结构进行了描述,并对市场前景和可行性进行了分析,总结出了该装置的市场前景广阔,可广泛的应用于远洋船舶,更好的服务于船舶行业。Heavy oil is widely used as fuel in ocean-going ships,but its viscosity is high,so it must be reduced by heating to ensure the combustion quality of diesel engine and improve the efficiency of diesel engine.In view of the disadvantage of heavy oil and diesel oil switching during the navigation of ocean-going ships due to boiler failure or maintenance,this operation is not only cumbersome,but also costly,and will bring more environmental pollution,and so on,a new type of auxiliary fuel heating device is designed.The working principle,system and structure of the device are described,and the market prospect and feasibility are analyzed.It is concluded that the device has a broad market prospect and can be widely used in ocean-going ships to better serve the ship industry.
