摘  要:对5754-H111铝合金进行交流钨极氩弧焊接,研究了ER5356焊丝和ER5183焊丝对焊接接头组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:两种焊丝焊接接头的热影响区组织都保留了母材轧制的纤维状态,焊缝区组织为α固溶体基体上分布着树枝状β(Al 3Mg 2)相和Al 6Mn相。与ER5356焊丝相比,ER5183焊丝由于Mn含量较高,使得焊接接头中Al 6Mn相弥散分布,焊缝区晶粒显著细化。两种焊丝焊接接头的强度均能达到母材强度的85%以上;焊接接头的冷弯试样经过180°面弯、背弯后,均未出现裂纹;两种焊丝焊接接头的显微硬度分布曲线均呈N形,硬度最低值出现在热影响区,ER5183焊丝焊接接头的硬度略高于ER5183焊丝焊接接头。AC-TIG welding was performed on 5754-H111 aluminum alloy,the effects of ER5356 and ER5183 welding wires on microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints were researched.The results showed that the heat-affected zones of welded joints fabricated with two kinds of welding wires retained the rolled fibrous state of the base metal,the microstructure of weld zone was composed of dendriticβ(Al 3Mg 2)and Al 6Mn phases distributed in theαsolid solution(matrix).Compared with ER5356 welding wire,the element content of Mn was higher in ER5183 welding wire,which made Al 6Mn phase disperse and grain fine in weld zone.Strength of welded joints fabricated with two kinds of welding wires could reach at least 85%of the base metal;No cracks were found in the cold bending samples of welded joints after 180°surface bending and dorsal bending.The microhardness distribution curves of the welded joints of the two kinds of welding wires were N-shaped,the lowest hardness appeared in the heat-affected zone,and the hardness of welded joints fabricated with ER5183 welding wire was slightly higher than that of welded joints fabricated with ER5183 welding wire.
