摘  要:研制了一台小型三轴立式数控铣床,首先对其硬件配置以及全闭环控制策略进行阐述;其次分析数控系统软件结构组成,重点研究了HMI的结构设计以及实现过程。针对数控系统的回零方法、实时通讯、代码处理、程序同步跟踪等技术难点,提出双触发回零、PcommServer函数库通讯、程序格式分离以及同步M变量插入等方法。在VC++2010软件上采用MFC对话框功能模块化设计,开发出IPC+Clipper的开放性数控系统软件HMI,其功能完善、平稳可靠、可扩展性强,具有一定的实验研究和教学价值。A small three-axis vertical CNC milling machine has been developed,the hardware configuration and the Closed Loop Control strategy of it was describedFirstly.Then,the structure of the CNC System software is analyzed,the structure design and the realization process of the HMI are mainly studied.Aiming at the technical difficulties such as zero return method,real-time communication,code processing and program synchronization tracking,The Double Trigger Homing,PcommServer function library communication,program format separation and synchronization M variable insertion and other methods have been proposed.The IPC+Clipper open CNC system software HMI was developed in the VC++2010 software by use MFC dialog box modular design,which is perfect,stable and reliable,more scalable,with a certain experimental research and teaching value.
