摘  要:以K-H-V型摆线针轮减速器为研究对象,利用遗传算法,研究了摆线针轮减速器的多目标优化设计方法。以摆线针轮减速器的传动效率和体积作为优化设计的两个目标,以参数约束、强度条件和寿命约束等作为约束条件,以对效率和体积均有影响的参数作为设计变量,建立了多目标优化设计的软件平台,以XW3型号的摆线针轮减速器为具体的优化设计对象,给出了优化设计的详细过程。研究方法对于提高摆线针轮减速器的传动效率和改善其结构紧凑性具有重要指导意义。Taking K-H-V cycloid speed reducer as the research subject,an optimization methodology based on genetic algorithm is presented.The volume and the efficiency of the reducer are simultaneously taken as objective functions.The design variables including the short width coefficient,the diameter of the pin,the width of the cycloid gear,etc.are defined.The constraint conditions including parameter ranges,strength,life span,etc.are established for multi-optimizations.Multi-Optimization software of cycloid speed reducers is developed.The XW3-type cycloid speed reducer is finally chosen and utilized as an example for optimization.The research results are satisfactory and can help designers to employ for minimum material and cost by fulfilling high efficiency and other performance requirements.
