摘 要:针对用于可燃气体等介质回收、输送装置的传统双螺杆压缩机单向受力的不足,提出一种平衡式双螺杆压缩机。为掌握平衡式双螺杆压缩机排气区域流体运动特性,应用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)技术中的SIMPLEC算法及RNG/k-ε(Renormalization-group k-ε)湍流模型,对不同排气压力下平衡式双螺杆压缩机排气过程进行了数值模拟;研究了其排气区域流体湍流动能,流动轨迹及速度矢量的分布情况,从而得到了不同工况下泄露、涡流及回流的分布及变化特征;为平衡式双螺杆压缩机排气孔口的优化设计及进一步提升其运行性能提供理论依据。Focus on the shortcomings of the one-way force of the traditional twin-screw compressor which is used for the recovery and delivery device of the combustible gas and other media,the balanced twin-screw compressor is proposed.In order to grasp the fluid motion characteristics of the balanced twin-screw compressor discharge area,the balanced twin-screw compressor discharge process under different discharge pressure condition is numerically simulated by the application of SIMPLEC algorithm and RNG/k-ε(Renormalization-group k-ε)turbulence model of CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)technology,The distributions of the turbulence kinetic energy,the flow trajectory and the velocity vector of the fluid in the discharge region were researched,the distribution and the changes of the leakage,the eddy current and the backflow under different working conditions were observed,which provides the theoretical basis for the optimal design of the discharge port and the further improvement of the running performance of the balanced twin-screw compressor.
