摘  要:旨在确定高丹草‘晋草4号’高产高效栽培模式适应的施肥量和种植密度。运用群体生理学的方法,采用两因素随机区组设计,研究了不同施肥量和种植密度对高丹草‘晋草4号’各农艺性状和各光合指标的影响。结果表明,在山西中部地区,不同施肥量和种植密度影响下,‘晋草4号’株高、茎粗、分蘖数、生物产量、干重产量和各项光合指标均存在明显差异;株高、茎粗、生物产量、干重产量、叶面积指数和净光合速率在F2D3时,表现最好;分蘖数、叶绿素含量和气孔导度在分别在F2D4、F2D2和F3D1时表现最好,F2D3表现次之。处理F2D3即种植密度为390000株/hm2,施肥量为750 kg/hm2时最为适宜。The main purpose of this article is to determine the fertilizer amount and planting density for the high-yield and high-efficiency cultivation model of‘Jincao 4’.Using the group physiology method and two factors randomized block design,the effects of fertilizer amount and planting density on the agronomic characters and photosynthetic indexes of‘Jincao 4’were studied.The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter,tiller number,biological yield,the yield of dry weight,and the photosynthetic indexes of‘Jincao 4’had significant differences under different densities and fertilizer amounts in central Shanxi.The plant height,stem diameter,the biological yield,the yield of dry weight,LAI and the net photosynthetic rate were the highest under F2D3 treatment.However,the tiller number,chlorophyll content,stomatal conductance were the highest under F2D4,F2D2 and F3D1 treatment,and F2D3 treatment took the second place.It indicated that the planting density of 390000 plants per hectare and fertilizer amount of 750 kg/hm2 is appropriate for‘Jincao 4’.
