摘  要:以黑皮鸡枞菌为试验材料,在废弃碳酸钙矿洞中以LED灯带为光源,研究红光、黄光、绿光、蓝光、紫光、白光(对照)6种光质对黑皮鸡枞菌子实体生长发育及营养成分的影响。研究结果表明:绿光处理下,黑皮鸡枞菌生物学效率最高,出菇最快,绿光、白光、黄光之间差异不显著,但相较蓝光、紫光更能促进黑皮鸡枞子实体菌柄长高长粗,红光抑制黑皮鸡枞子实体菌盖直径变大;绿光处理组黑皮鸡枞菌蛋白质含量显著高于白光、紫光组,绿光、黄光、红光、蓝光处理之间子实体蛋白质含量差异不显著;白光组黑皮鸡枞菌可溶性糖含量极显著高于其他组,蓝光次之,绿光最低,且极显著低于其他处理。The effects of red,yellow,green,blue,purple and white light(control)on the growth,development and nutrient content of fruiting bodies of Oudemansiella raphanipes were studied in an abandoned calcium carbonate mine with LED lamp strip as light source.The results showed that under green light treatment,the biological efficiency of Oudemansiella raphanipes was the highest and the mushroom production rate was the fastest.There was no significant difference among green light,white light and yellow light,but compared with blue light and purple light,the stipe length of Oudemansiella raphanipes fruiting body was longer and thicker,while red light inhibited the diameter of the cover of Oudemansiella raphanipes fruiting body.The protein content of Oudemansiella raphanipes in green light treatment was significantly higher than that in white light and purple light treatment,and there was no significant difference in the protein content of fruiting bodies between green light,yellow light,red light and blue light treatment.The soluble sugar content in white light group was significantly higher than that in other groups,followed by blue light and green light,and was significantly lower than that in other treatments.
