五苓散加味联合二甲双胍治疗单纯性肥胖症合并脂代谢异常效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨五苓散加味联合二甲双胍治疗单纯性肥胖症合并脂代谢异常的效果。方法:收集84例单纯性肥胖合并脂代谢异常患者,辨证分型为脾虚痰湿型,将其随机单盲分为对照组和研究组,两组各42例。对照组给予常规减肥干预和盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用五苓散加味,均持续治疗8周。观察两组体格测量指标和血脂变化情况,并评估治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗前后体重、腰围、臀围变化不显著(P>0.05),BMI有明显下降(P<0.05),观察组治疗后体重、腰围、臀围和BMI均有显著下降,组间治疗后上述指标相较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后TC、TG、HDL-C水平均明显下降,且组间治疗后相较,观察组较对照组下降更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规减肥干预和二甲双胍治疗基础上,联合五苓散加味治疗单纯性肥胖合并脂代谢异常症可显著增加临床疗效,值得临床运用。Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Wuling powder combined with metformin in the treatment of simple obesity with abnormal lipid metabolism.Methods:84 cases of simple obesity with abnormal lipid metabolism were were divided into two groups randomly and blindly,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine weight-loss intervention and metformin hydrochloride tablets,while the observation group was treated with modified Wuling powder on the basis of the control group,which lasted for 8 weeks.The changes of physical parameters and blood lipids were observed,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:The body weight,waist circumference and hip circumference of the control group did not change significantly before and after treatment(P>0.05),BMI decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference and BMI of the observation group decreased significantly,and the above indexes were also significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and HDL-C of the two groups decreased significantly,and after treatment,the BMI of the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.19%(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine weight-loss intervention and metformin treatment,combined with modified Wuling powder in the treatment of simple obesity with abnormal lipid metabolism can significantly increase the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application.
