复方黄柏液联合盐酸司他斯汀片对急性面部湿疹患者Th1/Th2类指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究复方黄柏液联合盐酸司他斯汀片对急性面部湿疹患者Th 1/Th 2类指标的影响。方法:选取90例急性面部湿疹患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(复方黄柏液组)45例和观察组(盐酸司他斯汀片联合复方黄柏液组)45例。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的Th 1/Th 2类指标。结果:观察组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异存在有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前两组的Th 1/Th 2类指标表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的表达水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方黄柏液联合盐酸司他斯汀片对急性面部湿疹患者的治疗效果较好,且对Th 1/Th 2类指标的失衡具有较好的调节作用,因此在急性面部湿疹患者中具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To investigate the influence of setastine hydrochloride combined with compound cortex phellodendri fluid for the Th 1/Th 2 related indexes of patients with acute facial eczema.Methods:90 patients with acute facial eczema were selected as the study object,and they were divided into control group(compound cortex phellodendri fluid group)45 cases and observation group(setastine hydrochloride combined with compound cortex phellodendri fluid group)45 cases.Then the clinical effect,Th 1/Th 2 related indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the expression levels of Th 1/Th 2 related indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the expression levels of observation group after the treatment were all lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of setastine hydrochloride combined with compound cortex phellodendri fluid in patients with acute facial eczema is better,and its adjustment effect for the Th 1/Th 2 related indexes is better,so its application value in the patients with acute facial eczema is higher.
