摘  要:随着互联网技术发展与广泛应用,互联网+能源将推动我国能源结构转型升级,也对断路器提出了更高的技术要求,如要具备保护、测量、计量、通信、自诊断等功能,这就要求提高断路器的电流测量精度。对万能式断路器用电流互感器的工作原理进行了物理建模分析研究,针对影响电流互感器测量精度的Rogowski线圈骨架材料、绕线方式、空间磁场等因素提出了改进设计方案,提高了电流互感器的测量精度。对铁心速饱和线圈的磁铁材质、绕线材质、输入/输出特性进行研究设计,研究优化了互感器的制造工艺方案。通过试验测试,验证了互感器的输入/输出特性和互感器改进后的电流测量精度。With the development and wide application of Internet technology,the Internet plus energy will promote the transformation and upgrading of China′s energy structure,and also put forward higher technical requirements for circuit breakers.Circuit breakers should have functions of protection,measurement,metering,communication,and self diagnosis.First,we must raise the accuracy of current measurement of circuit breakers.The working principle of current transformer used in air circuit breaker is analyzed by physical modeling.Aiming at the factors affecting the measuring accuracy of current transformer,such as the Rogowski coil skeleton material,winding mode and space magnetic field,an improved design scheme is proposed,which improves the measuring accuracy of current transformer.The magnet material,winding material and input and output characteristics of the core speed saturated coil are studied and designed.The manufacturing process of transformer is studied and optimized.The input and output characteristics of the transformer and the improved current measurement accuracy of the transformer are validated by experimental tests.
