摘  要:电容器广泛应用于核电厂电气、仪控系统中,部分电容器甚至直接和核电厂的安全稳定运行密切相关。根据国内外核电行业的经验反馈,电容器(尤其是铝电解电容器)已经成为核电厂电仪设备中最易老化失效的电子元器件之一。探讨了铝电解电容的失效机理,并对核电厂开关电源电解电容器出现的一处典型故障案例,深入分析了老化机理,定位了故障原因,为核电厂的预防性维修活动开展提供了重要参考依据。Capacitors are widely used in nuclear power plant electrical and instrument control systems,and some capacitors are even directly related to the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants.According to the experience feedback of nuclear power industry at home and abroad,capacitors(especially aluminum electrolytic capacitors)have become one of the most aging and failing electronic components in nuclear power plant electrical and instrumentation equipment.In this paper,the failure mechanism of aluminum electrolytic capacitors was discussed,and a typical fault case of electrolytic capacitors in switching power supply of nuclear power plants was analyzed.The aging mechanism is deeply analyzed,and the causes of faults are located,which provides important reference for the preventive maintenance activities of nuclear power plants.
