摘　　要：目的探讨Ilizarov技术治疗长管状骨缺损性骨不连的应用及预后。方法纳入2016年1月至2018年1月90例长管状骨缺损性骨不连患者根据手术分组。常规手术治疗组开展常规手术,Ilizarov技术治疗组开展Ilizarov技术。分析效果,长管状骨缺损性骨不连愈合的总时间、患者术后下床的时间、开始进行功能锻炼的时间;手术前后患者生活质量评分、下肢功能评分;积液和感染等的发生率。结果Ilizarov技术治疗组效果、生活质量评分、下肢功能评分、长管状骨缺损性骨不连愈合的总时间、患者术后下床的时间、开始进行功能锻炼的时间、积液和感染等的发生率均显著和常规手术治疗组比较有优势,P<0.05。结论长管状骨缺损性骨不连患者行Ilizarov技术效果确切,可缩短术后下床时间,并加速骨折愈合,改善下肢功能和生活质量。Objective To investigate the application and prognosis of Ilizarov technique in the treatment of nonunion of long tubular bone defects.Methods Ninety patients with long tubular bone defect nonunion from January 2016 to January 1818 were enrolled according to surgery.The routine surgery group performed routine surgery and the Ilizarov technique group performed Ilizarov technique.Analytical effect;total time of non-union healing of long tubular bone defect,time of patient getting out of bed after surgery,time of functional exercise started;quality of life score before and after surgery,score of lower limb function;incidence of effusion and infection.Results Ilizarov technique treatment group effect,quality of life score,lower limb function score,total time of non-union healing of long tubular bone defect,time to get out of bed after surgery,time to start functional exercise,effusion and infection The incidence was significantly higher than that of the conventional surgical treatment group,P<0.05.Conclusion Ilizarov technique is effective in patients with long tubular bone defect and nonunion.It can shorten the time of bed-out and accelerate fracture healing and improve lower limb function and quality of life.
