摘 要:搭建了一套1064 nm波段的电光调Q激光系统,并对其能量、脉宽、光斑质量等进行了表征。在该激光系统环境中分别测试了扩散法制备的掺杂1mol%氧化镁的近化学计量比铌酸锂(Mg1SLN)晶体、名义纯同成分铌酸锂晶体(CLN)及掺杂5mol%MgO的铌酸锂(Mg5LN)晶体的激光损伤性能。结果表明,在该调Q激光工作环境下,当波长1064 nm;脉宽为9.8 ns、频率为1 Hz时,Mg1SLN晶体、Mg5LN晶体和CLN晶体多个测试点发生激光损伤时对应的功率密度的平均值分别为1141 MW/cm^ 2、874 MW/cm^2和651 MW/cm^2。The electro-optic Q-switched laser system at 1064 nm band has been built,and it’s energy,pulse width and spot quality were characterized.The laser damage performance under the laser system of near stoichiometric lithium niobate crystals doped with 1mol%MgO(Mg1SLN),congruent lithium niobate(CLN)crystal and lithium niobate crystal doped with 5mol%MgO(Mg5LN)were tested.The results show that at the condition of the wavelength was 1064 nm,pulse width was 9.8 ns,frequency was 1 Hz,the average values of the power densities of laser damage for many test points of Mg1SLN crystal,Mg5LN crystal and CLN crystal was 1141 MW/cm 2,874 MW/cm^2 and 651 MW/cm^2 respectively.
