摘  要:本试验旨在通过研究饲粮中锰添加水平对产蛋高峰期黄羽肉种鸡生产性能、蛋品质、繁殖相关性状、孵化性能、血浆激素与生化指标及组织相关基因表达的影响,确定产蛋高峰期黄羽肉种鸡饲粮中锰的适宜添加水平。试验采用单因素试验设计,选用产蛋高峰期岭南黄羽肉种鸡600只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只鸡。5组试验鸡分别饲喂在基础饲粮(锰含量为9.89 mg/kg)基础上添加0(对照组)、45、90、135、180 mg/kg锰的试验饲粮,饲喂期为10周。结果显示:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加90、135 mg/kg锰可在一定程度上增加种鸡产蛋率与平均日产蛋重,但差异未达显著水平(P>0.05);与对照组相比,饲粮中添加90、135 mg/kg锰可显著降低胚胎早期死亡率(P<0.05),且添加135 mg/kg锰还可显著降低胚胎中后期死亡率并显著提高受精蛋孵化率(P<0.05);随着饲粮中锰添加水平的升高,血浆促卵泡生成激素含量随之提高,各锰添加组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);饲粮中锰添加水平对血浆胆固醇含量的影响不显著(P>0.05);饲粮中锰添加水平对心脏与卵泡锰超氧化物歧化酶(MnSOD)和卵泡B淋巴细胞瘤-2(Bcl-2)基因的相对表达量没有显著影响(P>0.05),添加180 mg/kg锰下丘脑酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)基因的相对表达量较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。综合分析上述试验结果,得出产蛋高峰期黄羽肉种鸡饲粮中锰的适宜添加水平为90~135 mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects dietary manganese supplemental level on performance,egg quality,traits related to reproduction,hatching performance,plasma hormone and biochemical indicators and gene expression in tissues of Chinese yellow-feathered breeder hens during peak period of laying,to find out the dietary optimal supplemental level of manganese for Chinese yellow-feather breeder hens during peak period of laying.Single factor experimental design was used for the experiment.Six hundred Lingnan Chinese yellow-feathered breeder hens at egg-laying peak were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 6 per replicate of 20 birds per replicate.Breeder hens in the 5 groups were fed experimental diets supplemented with 0(control group),45,90,135 and 180 mg/kg manganese based on a basal diet(containing 9.89 mg/kg manganese)for 10 weeks,respectively.The results showed as follows:compared with control group,dietary supplemented with 90 and 135 mg/kg manganese enhanced laying rate and average daily egg mass of breeder hens to a certain extent,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Compared with control group,dietary supplemented with 90 and 135 mg/kg manganese significantly decreased early embryo mortality(P<0.05),and dietary supplemented with 135 mg/kg manganese significantly decreased middle embryo mortality(P<0.05),and also significantly enhanced hatchability of fertilized eggs(P<0.01).As dietary manganese supplemental level increasing,the content of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in plasma was enhanced,and it in manganese supplementation groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),while the content of cholesterol in plasma was not influenced by dietary manganese supplemental level(P>0.05).The relative expression levels of manganese superoxide dismutase(MnSOD)gene in heart and follicle and B-cell lymphoma-2(BCL-2)gene in follicle were not influenced by dietary manganese supplemental level(P>0.05),however,the relative expression level of TH gene in hypothalamus was s
