摘 要:外科手术是食管癌治疗的重要基石,但是传统开放手术带来了非常高的手术创伤和风险。近年来,随着微创食管切除术的发展,食管外科进入微创时代。食管癌患者个体化的病情需要个体化的手术方案。作者根据最新的临床研究资料,对微创食管切除术的术式演变和个体化选择进行述评,以期为食管癌的临床治疗提供参考。Surgery is an important cornerstone in the treatment of esophageal cancer.However,traditional open surgery brings very high surgical trauma and risks.In recent years,with the development of minimally invasive esophagectomy,esophageal surgery has entered the era of minimally invasive surgery.Individualized patients require individualized surgical procedures.Based on the latest clinical data,this paper reviews the evolution and individualized choice of minimally invasive esophagectomy,so as to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer.
