摘　　要：生物样本作为流行病学、生命科学基础与临床研究的关键源头,作为进行大样本验证、快速实现转化医学的核心环节,作为最终实现预测、预防与个性化诊疗,实现精准医学的重要保证,将越来越受到社会各界的重视。如何保持生物样本库长期、良性的可持续性发展是保持行业活力的永动力,也是亟待解决的一个关键问题。作者从生物样本库社会可持续性、运营可持续性、财务可持续性、可持续发展模式等方面进行探讨,以期促进生物样本库的可持续性发展。As the key source of epidemiology,for basic life science and clinical research,biobank is the core link of large sample validation and rapid realization of translational medicine,and is important guarantee of prediction,prevention and personalized diagnosis and treatment to achieve precision medicine.Biological samples will receive more and more attention from all walks of life.How to maintain the long-term and benign sustainable development of biobank is the eternal motive force for us to maintain the vitality of the industry,and it is also a key issue that needs to be solved urgently.This paper reviews the aspects of social sustainability,operational sustainability,financial sustainability and model in order to promote the sustainable development of biobank.
