摘  要:熔体直纺具有生产规模大、成本低等优势,是涤纶长丝发展的趋势,但熔体直纺差别化、功能化纤维不足,熔体直纺在线添加可以填补熔体直纺差别化不足的短板,通过对熔体直纺在线添加生产全消光涤纶POY工艺进行探讨,得出合理的螺杆各区温度有利于生产稳定,最优的干燥系统各工艺条件有利于产品品质,组件砂配比及升压有利于延长组件使用时间。同时应考虑,母粒黏度对螺杆转速的影响,母粒粉尘对螺杆各区温度设定的影响,集束上油对丝的外观影响等。Melt direct spinning has the advantages of large production scale and low cost,which is the development trend of polyester filament.However,melt direct spinning has the disadvantages of differentiated and functionalized fibers.Adding melt direct spinning on-line can fill the shortage of differentiated melt direct spinning.Through discussing the process of melt direct spinning on-line adding to produce all-extinction polyester POY,this paper draws a conclusion that the reasonable temperature of each screw zone has been obtained.It is conducive to stable production,optimum drying system process conditions are conducive to product quality,component sand ratio and boost are conducive to prolonging the use time of components.At the same time,we should consider the influence of master batch viscosity on screw speed,the influence of master batch dust on the temperature setting in each zone of screw,and the effect of cluster oiling on the appearance of the wire.
