摘　　要：通过对生产超细纤维的几个重要工艺参数的分析及试制,找出了熔体直纺高速生产超细POY 35D/144F的最佳工艺组合,指出了生产超细纤维需重点关注喷丝板的孔径、无风区的高度、以及车速、油架高度等几个最为关键的技术点。Through the analysis and trial-production of several important technological parameters for the production of ultra-fine fibers,the optimum technological combination for high-speed production of ultra-fine POY 35D/144F by melt direct spinning was found out,and it was pointed out that the production of ultra-fine fibers should focus on several key technologies,such as the aperture of spinneret,the height of windless zone,the speed of vehicle and the height of oil rack.Operational point.
