摘　　要：因输送乙炔的管路要求安全度较高,特别是高压输送管线,如果偶遇发生火花、被加热或者静电时,很容易引起爆炸。简要介绍了BDO项目乙炔气高压输送中,通过从管道预制、安装采取严格的核心控制措施,避免气体输送中局部分压过高乙炔分解爆炸,使压力降大大增加,因此,需要对该部分管线内填充管束或者金属填料(拉西环),使气流匀速均匀地通过管线,使气压重新均匀分布,降低爆炸风险。主要包含各部分管道附件预制前的准备工作和管道安装过程中重点控制等。Because of the high safety requirement of the pipeline for transporting acetylene,especially the high-pressure pipeline,it is easy to cause explosion if sparks,heating or static electricity happen occasionally.This paper briefly introduces the strict core control measures adopted in the high-pressure transportation of acetylene gas in BDO project,through the precasting and installation of pipelines,to avoid the partial pressure of acetylene over-high decomposition explosion in the gas transportation,which greatly increases the pressure drop.Considering this reason,it is necessary to fill the pipeline bundles or metal fillers in this part of pipelines.(Lassie ring),make the air flow uniformly through the pipeline,make the air pressure redistribute uniformly,reduce the risk of explosion.It mainly includes the preparation work before prefabrication of pipeline accessories and the key control during pipeline installation.
