威灵仙喷膜剂的制备及评价

摘　　要：以具有抗炎抗风湿作用的威灵仙为主药,制备外用喷膜剂并对其应用进行评价。采用星点设计-响应面法优化喷膜剂的制剂处方,并通过质量考察、透皮吸收试验、皮肤急性毒性实验和皮肤刺激性试验对其应用进行全面评价。结果表明:优化后的处方每100 mL喷膜液中PVA1788用量为1.75 g、壳聚糖盐酸盐0.35 g、甘油4.0 mL;制得的威灵仙喷膜剂成膜性好,并具有良好的吸湿性、保湿性以及透气性;喷膜剂pH 4.69,在皮肤正常pH范围内,并对皮肤无刺激性和毒性;在生理盐水介质中透皮特性符合Higuchi方程:Q=49.140 3t^1/2+11.048 54(R^2=0.992 83),其透皮吸收过程以扩散为主。The spray film of clematis root was prepared and anti-inflammatory and rheumatic effects was evaluated in this study.The prescription of the spray film was optimized by central composite design-response surface method.Quality,transdermal absorption,skin acute toxicity and skin irritation of spray film were evaluated.The results showed that when the PVP1788 was 1.75 g,chitosan hydrochloride was 0.35 g,and glycerol 4.0 mL,the spraying film agent was easy to sprayed and form film,with excellent hygroscopicity,moisture and breathability.The pH of the film sprayer is 4.69 within the normal pH range of the skin,and it has no irritation and toxicity on the skin.The transdermal characteristic equation in normal saline medium accords with the higuchi equation:Q=49.140 3t^1/2+11.048 54(R^2=0.992 83),and the diffusion mechanism is dominant.
