摘  要:采用静电纺丝法和涂覆法制备了一系列含有无机添加剂的聚合物薄膜辐射制冷材料,利用自组装的辐射制冷测试装置,研究了不同聚合物不同添加剂对薄膜辐射制冷效果的影响。结果表明,加入ZnO、CaF2和ZnS的聚合物薄膜具有明显的辐射制冷效果。其中,涂覆法制备添加CaF2的聚合物薄膜辐射制冷效果最好。聚乙烯薄膜中添加0.2 g的CaF2(聚乙烯质量为5.0 g)测得的平衡温度从未添加时的37.1℃降低到34.0℃;聚氯乙烯纤维薄膜中添加0.023 4 g的CaF2(聚氯乙烯质量为3.6 g)测得的平衡温度从未添加的37.8℃降低到35.2℃。The traditional cooling methods consume a large amount of fossil energy and cause certain pollution to the environment.The new radiative cooling method has received widespread attention.In this paper,a series of polymer films containing inorganic additives were prepared by electrospinning and coating methods.The influence of different polymers and different additives on the radiative cooling performance of the films was investigated with a lab-made radiative cooling testing device.The results show that polyer films with added ZnO,CaF2,and ZnS have significant adiative cooling effect.Among them,the CaF2 added polymer films show the best adiative cooling effect.The measured equilibrium temperature of the PE film containing 0.2 g CaF2 decreases from 37.1℃to 34.0℃ for that without CaF2.The measured equilibrium temperature of the PVC film containing 0.023 4 g CaF2 decreases from 37.8℃to 35.2℃ for that without CaF2.
