摘  要:目的:探讨核医学职业人员眼晶状体剂量的测量方法。方法:采用与锝99(99Tcm)相近能量的X射线,完成热释光剂量计(TLD)剂量当量[Hp(3)]的校准所得标准剂量曲线,进行核医学科近源工作人员眼晶状体剂量水平的调查,估算职业人员眼晶状体的年当量剂量。按照国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的TLD Hp(3)校准方法进行头模照射,完成标准曲线的刻度;选择4家医院临床核医学科进行眼晶状体剂量的实测,根据标准曲线计算眼晶状体的剂量水平,并估算年当量剂量。结果:在4家医院测量结果中,1家医院工作人员岗位职责仅限于注射工作的结果最低;其他3家医院测量的工作人员岗位兼顾药物分装和注射。估算4家医院年当量剂量为292.72μSv、386.8μSv、593.52μSv和750.4μSv,与操作活度成正比。结论:采用ICRP推荐的TLD Hp(3)校准方法,能够顺利完成标准曲线的刻度。测得眼晶状体剂量估算剂量水平与年当量剂量限值比较有较大距离,在合理的防护环境中能够保障职业人员的健康。Objective:To investigate the measurement method of dose level of eye lens in the staff of nuclear medicine department.Methods:Adopted X-ray which energy was adjacent to 99Tcm to complete the standard dose that was curve from the standard of dose equivalent[Hp(3)]of thermoluminescent dosemeter(TLD),and complete the investigation of the dose level of eye lens of nuclear medical staff who worked around radiation source,and estimate annual equivalent dose of eye lens of occupational staffs.As the calibration method of TLD Hp(3)that was recommended by ICRP to implement irradiation on head phantom,and to complete the calibration of the standard curve.The clinical nuclear medicine departments of four hospitals were selected to implement actually measure for the dose of eye lens.According to standard curve to calculate the dose level of eye lens and estimate annual equivalent dose.Results:The measuring results of 4 hospitals showed that the lowest value was obtained from the hospital whose staffs were responsible for injection work only.And the staffs of other three hospitals took into account both pharmaceutical packing and injection.The estimated annual equivalent dose were 292.72μSv,386.8μSv,593.52μSv and 750.4μSv,which were in direct proportion to the operation activity.Conclusion:The calibration method of TLD Hp(3)recommended by ICRP can successfully complete the calibration of standard curve.There are larger differences between the estimated dose level of measured dose of eye lens and the limited values of annual equivalent dose.And it can guarantee the health of occupational personnel in reasonable protective environment.
