摘  要:光纤光栅的基本传感原理为外界物理参量变化引起光纤光栅中心波长漂移,通过监测光纤光栅中心波长大小获得外界物理参量具体信息,从而实现对外界物理参量的传感。基于光纤光栅的材料特性和传感原理,光纤光栅传感器具有体积小、重量轻、耐腐蚀、抗磁场干扰、灵敏度高和准确度高等应用特点。医用传感器应用于人体检测,需考量生物信号的特殊性和复杂性,兼顾生物相容性、可靠性和安全性。光纤光栅传感器的应用特性能满足医用传感器的特殊要求,故光纤光栅传感器逐渐成为医用传感器领域的研究重点,并使光纤光栅传感技术在心脏监测、呼吸监测、温度监测、超声领域和外科领域等医疗设备领域广泛应用。The basic sensing principle of fiber grating is that the wavelength of the center of fiber grating shifted with the changing of external physical parameters.Through monitoring the wavelength of fiber grating center,the specific information of external physical parameters could be obtained,thus the sensing of external physical parameters could be realized.Based on the material properties and the sensing principle of fiber grating,the sensor of fiber grating has lots of application characteristics,such as small volume,light weight,corrosion resistance,antimagnetic interference,high sensitivity,and high accuracy and others.When medical sensors are applied to detect human body,the specificity and complexity of biological signals should be considered,and biocompatibility,reliability and safety also should be considered at the same time.The application characteristics of fiber grating sensors can meet the special requirements of medical sensors,therefore,it has gradually become research emphasis in medical sensor field.And it takes fiber grating sensortechniqueto apply in extensive fieldsincludes cardiac monitoring,respiratory monitoring,temperature monitoring,ultrasonic field,surgical field and other medical equipment fields.
