公立医院党风廉政建设思路与展望

摘　　要：党风廉政建设是公立医院落实全面从严治党的必然要求,也是促进医疗行业健康发展和建立现代医院管理制度的需要。公立医院党风廉政建设应着重从政策宣传教育,构建风险防范制度体系,健全权力监督,注重文化及医德医风建设等方面开展。建议公立医院及主管部门强化党风廉政建设,认真履行主体责任,选好用好干部,纠正损害群众利益的行为,强化对权力运行的监督。Building good conduct and political integrity is the requirement of the public hospital to implement full and strict governance over the Party,and also the need to promote the healthy development of the medical industry and to establish the modern hospital management system.The work of building good conduct and political integrity in public hospitals should emphasize on the publicity and education of policy,establishment of risk prevention system,improvement of power supervision mechanism,development of culture and medical ethics,etc.It is necessary to build good conduct and political integrity in public hospitals as well as administrative departments,to conscientiously carry out the main responsibilities,to select and use cadres well,to correct acts harmful to the interests of the masses,and to strengthen supervision over the operation of power.
