摘 要:人才是医院的核心生产力。然而,在临床科室层面,往往存在很多认识的误区,阻碍了医师的培养和人才队伍的建设。本研究通过医院电子病历信息系统中医生手术的相关信息与数据分析,以分级手术主刀率作为切入点,对临床科室医师培养的现状进行评估和导向性管理,利用大数据对医生培养进行决策支持和精细化管理。Talents determines the core productivity of hospitals.However,at the level of clinical departments,there are often many misunderstandings,which hinder the cultivation of Surgeons and the construction of personnel.Through the analysis of the related information and data of Surgeon's surgeries in the hospital electronic medical record information system,this study evaluates and manages the current situation of cultivation of Surgeons in clinical departments in the perspective of performing rate of different grade surgeries,and uses big data to support decision-making and refine the management of the cultivation.
