摘 要:目的探讨结构-过程-结果三维质量管理在重症医学科患者中的应用效果。方法将2016年1-12月的67例患者作为对照组,给予常规重症患者干预模式;将2017年1—12月的53例患者作为观察组,在常规重症患者干预模式的基础上,实施结构-过程-结果三维质量管理。观察患者住院时间、SAS、SDS评分、术后不良事件发生率及患者术后满意度。结果干预后,观察组患者住院时间、SAS、SDS评分、术后不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(p<0.05),患者术后满意度高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论结构-过程-结果三维质量管理可缩短患者住院时间,有效舒缓重症患者的焦虑、抑郁负面情绪,降低术后不良事件发生率,提高患者术后满意度,应用效果较好。Objective To explore the effect of the Structure-Process-Outcome quality management in managing patients in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 67 patients discharged from January to December 2016 were in the control group,given routine intervention to ICU patients.And 53 patients discharged from January to December 2017 were in the observation group,given the Structure-Process-Outcome quality management apart from routine intervention to ICU patients.length of stay,SAS score,SDS score,rate of postoperative adverse events and patient postoperative satisfaction were observed.Results After intervention,the length of stay,SAS score,SDS score,and rate of postoperative adverse events of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(p<0.05),and patient postoperative satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The Structure-Process-Outcome quality management can effectively shorten the length of stay,relieve anxiety and depression of ICU patients,reduce the rate of postoperative adverse events and improve patient postoperative satisfaction.
